Upper Deck and USA Baseball have entered into an exclusive multi-year trading card licensing agreement. The agreement will allow Upper Deck to feature members of both the USA Baseball National Team and USA Baseball Junior National Team on insert cards in a number of upcoming baseball product releases. The first product to include USA Baseball inserts will be 2008 Upper Deck Series Two which will be released in May.

The licensing partnership will build upon Upper Deck's previous trading card agreement with baseball's National Governing Body. Upper Deck first manufactured USA Baseball trading cards in 2000. The new partnership also includes the right to manufacture trading cards of the United States Olympic Baseball Team which will compete in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Other rights Upper Deck obtains under the terms of the agreement include access to game-used equipment and autographs from the USA Baseball National Teams and the Olympic Baseball Team.
